    There has been a rotating door of service advisors at Ourisman Volkswagen. Its been hard to find a service advisor you feel like you can rely since its been a different person each visit. I guess I hit the jackpot since I got Kristopher. My check engine light came on and then i noticed my car was leaking oil. I was thinking what tis going on. my car is literally one years old. He got me in at the next available appointment. He was also able to get to me into a loaner vechicle that same day. Thank you Kristopher for making this experience smooth and easy. Ourisman Volkswagen needs more people like you!

    It was a great experience - service was explained and ultimately the recommended fix seems to resolved my issue on first attempt. I will likely return to this location for all my Golf R service needs

    The person checking my car in for service did not clearly explain what they were going to do. I told him that the check engine light had come on a couple of times but went off. He said he would have the tech check it out. When I came back I was charged for a whole diagnostic test.

    Although the service associates were nice, I had to always call/text to get an update on my vehicle. Also, there is no reason why my vehicle had to stay at the service center all day for the fix to my issue which took literally a click on the computer to perform an update. I also expected a car wash but did not receive one.
