Purchased Brand New VW ATLAS SEL 2025 (April 26, 2025). I would have rated Ourisman Volkswagen better, maybe close to a 5 star but the experience after the sales manager went downhill. Anthony and Eric did absolutely amazing in communicating with me and my family. All questions were answered to the best of their ability and they tried to keep us as comfortable as possible, though we were in the show room for 4 hours. The disappointing part of the purchase was when dealing with Zach from finance. It upsets me till now when I remember his condescending tone. I did have a misunderstanding with the process because my lender and his explanation does not match. My knowledge base was different from what was explained and I asked questions about the "why's". Buying a car is not as simple as buying a drink from the vending machine! I was borderline ready to leave that office if not being for my kids present. Completely upsetting. I still don't have my tags nor do I have any updates on them. Buying a car should be a complete experience from showing your inventory, financing, title and a follow up with the costumer. It should be a part of the Dealership member's mission to educate, assist and make the customers feel welcomed at all levels. Because I'm remembering the experience, I'm so inclined to reduce the rating to a 1 Star. I love our new ATLAS that I would like to buy a second one to replace my older car, but I can't bring myself to work with your team again.
