I chose a 5 star because of Chaun Cook . He kept us aware of everything that was going on. And he was patient at times when we got frustrated with things outside our control.The office employees were all great also when we had questions or concerns. Overall, ourisman vw in waldorf is great. I will say that things are expensive somewhat. If we didnt have a warranty , this would have been costly .
