Took 3.5 hrs was told it would be 1-2. Charged a 3% for CC. After I bought a $45k car… no way. Won’t buy here again Added oil change to warranty work. Oil change done first which made money for you while the warranty work waited. You put profit in front of service.

Outstanding Performance by service department and staff I had to have a loaner vehicle and was able to take the vehicle and leave it for 3 days. Thank goodness for your excellent customer service

I informed the service consultant I have a weird smell coming from my ac. He said well they don’t change your ac filter with the first oil change you already had serviced. Would you like us to look at it and replace it. I said yes. They fixed my recall that I was there for and inspected my air filter. The other service consultant came to get me and said they looked at your air filter it’s fine the mechanic doesn’t recommend changing it. I said so am I supposed to just be okay with the smell from my ac? She goes let me talk to him again. Comes back tells me the same thing but says he said he will clean the debris off of it. I said that really doesn’t solve the issue. She goes if you want us to change the filter we can but he doesn’t recommend you do it. I said you know what never mind I’ll just deal with it somewhere else.
