    I got a car wash when I asked not to have one. Even so, the car wash left dirty spots on my car, especially on the top.

    Always costs more and the up sell is hard. Not a good value, I feel sorry for those you fall for their up selling and fear.

    Had a 930am appointment and was asked when I would like to have my car back and I said by 1pm. I called around 4pm to inquire about the car and thy said it was ready. Had I not call, would I have gotten a call, I do not know. I really needed the car back by 1, didn't get it back until about 5pm so I was not able to do the things I needed to do and had to reschedule those things. Also, have to wait a month or 2 for the part to come in for the fix(not a big deal).

    We scheduled an appointment for service and when we arrived for the appointment, the service center was closed. My husband waited and eventually sought assistance from the sales department. Service employees finally arrived 30 minutes late, at which point they promised our oil change would be completed within 90 minutes. 150 minutes later, our car was still not produced. The service took over 2.5 hours, making my husband late for family plans that day. On top of the poor service, the attitudes from employees were poor and there was barely any apology. When the car was returned, it had all of the dirty protective papers still in the car and my husband had to remove all of it before being able to drive off the lot.

    Customer service is a 10++++ we simply asked for what we needed and upon arrival it was right there waiting to be taken home. There were no problems or complications getting our Vehicle and I would definitely recommend this dealership specifically Tyrone the Salesman for my family and friends!!! Everything was so easy and quick!
