Chaun was phenomenal. True professional who puts the customer first. We used USAA for an insurance claim and immediately Chaun offered to take over the coordination. Additionally, his communication and professionalism was welcomed as a customer. He’s a true asset to the organization and I will request him personally should we ever need additional assistance.
