It took about 6 hrs for my 30k maintenance plus rotation, balance, alignment, and tire repair. Thats almost a full work day. I was willing to look past it and referred my brother a week later only to find on the website that I was quoted $345 including shop fees for the rotation & alignment but there was a special since August for $260. What’s the point of offering a special if it’s a secret. I was emailed the more is better bonus and “saved” 35 but I should have been charged the special that was running. Sharing deals with your customers makes them want to return. Now. I’m going back to Virginia for service.

The mechanic test drove the 2018 Tiquan and confirmed the hissing noise is a normal sound from the turbo.
