Good afternoon. I am a long time customer of this dealership. My family and I amongst other customers I have encountered are extremely happy with the current service techs working at the Waldorf Maryland facility. We are extremely saddened by the news we received recently. If at possible, I recommend this location try keep the current staff on board. Mr. James Martin has made feel extremely comfortable with Ourisman Volkswagen of Waldorf working on our multiple vehicles. Not sure if he leaves this location we will continue to bring our vehicles in for service.
