The dealer was very accomodating, the purchased was processed at a time that was convenient for us and that meant staying after hours of work for some of the staff at the dealership. I was very impressed with the seamless purchase process at this dealership. My first contact was with Erik Rushing, I told him what I wanted and he promised to look into it and have one of his managers call me. The next day I received a call from Anthony telling me he found what I was looking for and went over pricing. Before I said yes to the deal, he had already transported the car to his facility to speed up the process. Erik Rushing was very proactive and followed up with me via email and phone calls to answer every question I had. He sent me a video of both the interior and exterior of the car and explained the all the options in the car. I was very impressed with his calm personality and deep knowledge of the vehicle. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the purchase.
