    The 5 star service rating about does not represent the over all experience I received from the dealership. The 5 star rating is only for the service I received from Stone Cole, the sales representative that responded to my email, text and service inquiries.

    The service advisor is very respectful and focuses on providing his customer with detailed service. He goes out of his way to make sure he informs his customer about every step of the customer’s service experience. First, he addresses the customer politely, he assesses the customer’s concerns, and then he genuinely makes sure the customer understands the processes and costs of the customer’s service experience. Finally, he stays in contact with the customer throughout service event. Great guy. Outstanding customer service.

    I'd don't agree with the lack of communication from the service dept. I dropped my car off on Sunday night. I receive a text Monday morning saying I can text this number to receive updates. I was originally told this job would be a day in a half so I'd have my car back Tuesday. Progress was never communicated. I reached out everytime. Tuesday I sent a message asking for an update for planning purposes. I live an hour out but work in Waldorf so getting to and from required planning since a loaner car wasn't available for me. Matt then asks if I need a loaner. My answer was yes. He said I was on the list and as soon as one came back in that day I would get a call. I never heard from him again. I texted him again at 4 as I got off at 5 for an update on the matter. No response. Wednesday I texted again. Suddenly a loaner is available to pick up. I get the loaner car and now told my car would be ready Thursday. Again, I was originally told Tuesday so now it's Thursday. They were just installing a part that was ordered in July. Dealing with this service dept. is frustrating solely due to the lack of communication.
