    The service rep was not as informed as past service reps. When I asked about the coverages under my warranty, I was not given the answer, maybe the rep is new and did not know how to find this information. Usually all of my fuels, etc are changed on my regular service visits, but none were changed, no tire rotation, etc. I was told that the rear brakes needed to be replaced but were not that bad, even thought they were rubbing. Then I was told that I would have to bring the car BACK in to fix the brakes and it would take all day. I usually have all of the work done at the dealership but I decided to go elsewhere to have the work done. It only took them 1 1/2 hours to do all of the necessary work, including rear brake repairs, rotation, etc and it cost less. Not sure if you have all new staff, but they need to be trained like your last workers from 6 months ago.

    Everything went very well. The salesperson, Stone, was great. The only reason I didn't give this experience 5 stars is because there were several aftermarket items, eg., monster matts, roadside assistance kit, which were part of the sticker price. I didn't want any of them, but couldn't have them taken off the car price.
