    The customer service rep, Jocelyn was very pleasant and professional. I came for a 50k service, and told them several times. After waiting nearly 2 hrs, I received an oil change and tire rotation. I was told afterwards the "recommended service", which was everything in the 50k service.

    I have bought several cars at the Ourisman dealership in Waldorf. MD due to their reputation, salespeople, service department and follow up. You are treated like family beyond the purchase and they are committed to fixing any issues until resolved. I had a service appointment on 06/02/25 to replace the leather driver’s seat on my 2024 Lapiz Blue Golf R and while I was there Sales Managers Anthony Johnson and Lamarr Conley gave me a FANTASTIC deal on a 2025 Golf R White Black Edition with the Euro Style Package.While I not only had to put little money down which was unexpected, they were able to discount the car and my insurance went down significantly as well. I have worked with both before and have the upmost respect for them and would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone I know that is interested in purchasing a new or used vehicle. I only wish I could give both 10 stars. I would also like to give recognition to my salesman Eric Hood and Business Manager David Brown for putting this deal together. A final shoutout to Robb Jones - Product Specialist, Service Consultants Seth Warnick - Volkswagen / Nick Vaughn - Subaru and the receptionist Nancy who handles the calls for both divisions,

    Sales experience was great. Both Brian and Anthony were a pleasure to deal with. Unfortunately I’m not as happy with the accounting team as it has taken too long to pay down the loan on my trade in and now I’m getting late payment notices from the lender.

    I did not get my car back when promised. When I did get it back, I immediately had to bring it it back (the next day) for another problem that appeared suddenly when there had been no prior indication about it. I had to miss work and spend money on a lyft ride because of this.
