    I returned even after the previous unpleasant experience. Eric was great. However after leaving the dealership my car began shaking when slowing down. The service I received was a change in oil and cabin filter and an alignment. I was supposed to receive a complimentary car wash, but that wasn't successful- even after having my vehicle for over 8 hrs. Seth doesn't go the extra mile for customer service and the idea that I have to have my vehicle diagnosed to find out my the steering wheel shakes when stopping. The appears to be incompetency, expensive and I can only hope its nothing serious. I'm genuinely concerned about returning.

    James Modesitt was outstanding and very professional. James was attentive to my waiting period to get a full set of brakes and rotors. He worked it out so that I get tasks done, while truck was being serviced, saved me time and effort later. This kind of service is a big win, very appreciative and glad to share with others.

    While The recalls were addressed when our vehicle was serviced, the wireless charging phone pad issue was not. It was not fixed and still does not charge our phone.
