The sales staff was incredible! Eric was very helpful and patient as we navigated looking for something in my price range. I was in a bind due to some significant repairs on my current car at the time - I was not anticipating purchasing a new car that day. The manager, Eric and Zachary were extremely kind and helpful as well as the rest of the staff that I interacted with. I will not hesitate to purchase from Ourisman in the future - I just hope it won’t be for a while!!

The customer service rep, Jocelyn was very pleasant and professional. I came for a 50k service, and told them several times. After waiting nearly 2 hrs, I received an oil change and tire rotation. I was told afterwards the "recommended service", which was everything in the 50k service.
